Kristina finds “the third way” to solve unique problems by managing workflow value, locating process improvements, and assisting teams to be their best. This unique ability stems from 15+ years as an industrial, graphic, and web designer, actualizing products from brainstorms to post-launch improvements in waterfall and agile environments.

In addition, as a Product Owner with an Agile MBA, she's worked as a certified PSPO and PSM giving her keen insight into all sides of a product experience, from the user to the team to the external stakeholders. As a result, she educates teams and elevates products for the (im)possible.
